Da ich ja weiß,
dass sich keiner gerne längere Dokumente anschaut, auch wenn der T/O darauf hingewiesen hat, habe ich die ersten 10, von 250 Brevity-Codes hier eingetragen.
Bitte anschauen - verstehen - Anwendung in Kürze.
1. ANGELS
Ø Height of friendly aircraft in thousands of feet.
2. BANDIT
Ø An aircraft identified as enemy, in accordance with theater ID criteria. The termdoes not necessarily imply direction or authority to engage
3. BINGO
Ø Fuel state needed for recovery.
Ø Proceed/ am proceeding to specificed base (field) or carrier.
4. BREAK (Direction)
Ø Directive to perform an immediate maximum performance turn in the direction indicated; assumes a defensive situation
5. BRUISER
Ø Friendly air-launched antishipmissile (ASM) (for example, HARPOON, EXOCET, PENGUIN).
6. BOGEY
Ø A radar or visual air contact whose identity is unknown
7. BUDDY SPIKE
Ø Friendly aircraft air-to-air indication on radar warning receiver (RWR); to be followed by position/ heading/ altitude.
8. CLEARED HOT
Ø Ordnance release is authorized.
9. CHECK
Ø Turn ( ) degrees left or right and maintain new heading. (Left/ Right)
10. CLOSING
Ø Decreasing in range.
